The wild side of Wied il-Ghasri, with the Gordan Lighthouse in the background, surrounded by the lush green Gozitan Autumn hills, is an outstanding area of natural beauty.
Wied il-Ghasri can be easily reached on foot from Marsalforn Bay. It’s a 40 min walk through the saltpans along the coastline. The same route is also accessible by car.
From Wied il-Ghasri, you can either follow the path to Ta Gordan Lighthouse or else go to Wied il-Mielah, the only window on Gozo, following the collapse of the Azure Window.
