Job Vacancy in Gozo: Rental Sales Agent

Mayjo car rentals & Airport transfers, has been operating since 1964 and is the leading car hire and airport transfers company in Gozo. We are seeking candidates to fill the position of: Car hire Rental Sales Agent (office based in Victoria)

Job Requirements:

  • Applicant must reside in Gozo
  • A valid working permit
  • Customer service experience
  • Good communication, organisational skills and time-management
  • Ability to work under pressure and as a team
  • Fluent in english and preferably another language
  • Previous experience in the hospitability/transport industry is an asset

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Sell the company’s services
  • Working on a car hire/transfer software, e.g. inputting bookings
  • Complete rental administration and vehicle documentation as well as the reporting of damage.
  • Handle phone and email enquiries in a professional manner

Salary

Competitive Salary. Salary will also be based on the candidates’ experience.

Working Hours

Average of 25 hours per week. Morning hours required. 5 days a week, including Saturday morning (one day off during the week). More hours might be required during the busier tourist season.
